Free cancellation
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. Message us on WhatsApp with your reservation reference and it is done — there is nothing to refund, because nothing was charged.
Later than that
Inside 24 hours, tell us anyway. Seats and lunch are booked per person, so we ask that you give as much notice as you can, but no payment is collected in advance and you will not be invoiced.
If we cancel
If weather or road conditions make a departure unsafe, we move you to another date that suits you or cancel it entirely at no cost.
No-shows
If nobody is at the pickup point at the confirmed time and we cannot reach you, the vehicle continues its route. Message us as early as you can if your plans change.
