What we collect
When you reserve a seat we collect your name, phone number, email address, hotel name and room number, the date you chose, the number of guests, and anything you type into the message box.
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number and, if you give them, your email address, preferred date and party size.
Why we need it
To confirm your reservation, to tell you your pickup time, and so the driver can find you at the right hotel on the right morning. That is the whole purpose.
What we never collect
No card or bank details, ever. This site takes no payment: you pay in cash or by card directly to the operator on the day of the tour, so no payment data passes through here.
Who sees it
Your booking is stored in the Atalay Tour reservation system and shared with the guide and driver operating your departure. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to advertisers.
Analytics
We measure visits with our own first-party, cookieless analytics. It records the page, the country and the type of device — not who you are. There is no third-party tracker on this site and therefore no consent banner to click away.
Your rights
Write to us on WhatsApp and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Reservation records are kept only as long as we need them for the season's accounts.
