Jeep safari in the Antalya region: where we collect, and which day you can join

Antalya is a province rather than a single resort, so the useful question is which collection belt your hotel sits in. This site is the Side side of that coast: the full-day Taurus safari and the rafting combinations leave from the Side-Manavgat belt at EUR 20 per adult and EUR 10 per child aged 4-12, hotel transfer and lunch inside that price, while the Alanya belt from Kestel to Okurcalar has its own Dim River day at EUR 30. Guests in Belek, Antalya city, Lara, Kundu, Konyaaltı and Kemer are collected as well: those belts have their own scheduled departures with the same operator under our Antalya Jeep Safari brand, and this page hands you straight to them.

What people actually mean when they search for a jeep safari in Antalya

Antalya is a province, not a resort. Its coast runs from Kemer in the west, past the city and the airport, through Belek and Side, and on east to Alanya — hours of driving end to end. Hardly anyone typing the province name is standing in the old town. Almost everyone is in a hotel somewhere along that strip, asking one practical question: can I do this from where I am staying?

So this page is a map of our operation rather than a brochure about the region. The days sold on this site run behind the eastern half of that coast, and the western half is covered by the same operator under a second brand. Where each belt collects, which day you can realistically join and what it costs are all set out below, so you can decide in a minute instead of sending three messages.

The belts we collect from

Two collection belts feed the days you can book on this page, and they do not overlap. The Side-Manavgat belt feeds the Taurus mountain days and the rafting combinations. The Alanya belt feeds exactly one day: the Dim River safari. Three further belts along this coast — Belek, the Antalya city strip and Kemer — have their own scheduled departures under the Antalya Jeep Safari name, and the next section hands them over.

Pickup and drop-off are inside the tour price on both belts. The meeting point is the main entrance gate of your hotel, because the jeeps travel as a convoy and collect from the road rather than from reception.

  • Side-Manavgat belt, confirmed departure points: Side, Kumköy, Evrenseki, Manavgat
  • Same belt, arranged on request rather than as a scheduled departure: Çolaklı, Gündoğdu, Sorgun, Titreyengöl, Kızılağaç
  • Alanya belt: the whole Alanya area from Kestel to Okurcalar, for the Dim River day only
  • Belek and Kadriye, the Antalya city strip with Lara, Kundu and Konyaaltı, and Kemer with Beldibi, Göynük and Çamyuva: their own departures, booked under the Antalya Jeep Safari name

Belek, Antalya city and Kemer: the belts with their own jeeps

If your hotel is west of Side you are not out of reach — you simply belong to a different departure. The same operator runs scheduled full days from Belek, Kadriye and Boğazkent, from the Antalya city strip including Lara, Kundu and Konyaaltı, and from Kemer, Beldibi, Göynük and Çamyuva. They are built like ours: an open 4x4 with a professional driver, mountain tracks and shallow river crossings, water fights at the river stops, a mountain village stop and lunch beside running water, with nobody at the wheel but the driver.

Those days run approximately seven hours rather than eight, and the fare depends on the belt: EUR 35 per adult from Belek and from the Antalya city strip, EUR 30 from Kemer, children aged 4-12 at the child rate shown on the booking form and infants aged 0-3 free. They are not sold here. They are booked through our own Antalya Jeep Safari site, which carries the routes, the pickup lists and the booking form for those three belts. Reserving works exactly as it does on this page: nothing is paid online, and you pay in euros on the day of the tour.

The full-day Taurus safari, from the Side side

This is the day most guests mean. Eight hours in an open-top 4x4 carrying eight to ten people with a professional driver, leaving the coastal plain in convoy: an old Roman bridge where the asphalt gives out, orchards of orange, lemon and pomegranate, cotton and sesame fields, ancient Roman aqueducts, a panoramic viewpoint over Green Lake, a swim stop with freshly made Turkish pancakes at Oymapınar village, the dam, the canyon viewpoint and lunch at a lakeside restaurant.

It costs EUR 20 per adult and EUR 10 per child aged 4-12; infants aged 0-3 travel free. Hotel transfer, lunch and guiding are all inside that figure. After lunch there is an optional one-hour boat trip on Green Lake at EUR 5 per person, paid on the day, which brings the day to EUR 25 per adult. A Manavgat Waterfall stop is sometimes added on the way back — it depends on the programme and the entrance is paid on site, so treat it as a bonus rather than a fixture.

Jeep safari days also depart from Kumköy, Evrenseki and Manavgat. Ask us for the figure from your own pickup point when you book: we publish a price only where we can stand behind it.

Rafting and jeep on the same day

If one day is all your holiday allows, the combination days put the off-road drive and white water into the same trip. From Side it is seven hours at EUR 28 per adult and EUR 17 per child, with roughly 12 km of river track in the Beşkonak stretch of Köprülü Canyon. From Evrenseki, Kumköy and Manavgat it is a longer nine-hour day at EUR 40 per adult and EUR 24 per child on the same river.

Ages work differently on these: 12 and over counts as an adult, 4 to 11 as a child, and rafting is not recommended for children under 4. Safety kit and lunch are included on all four departures. Drinks, photo and video services and optional extras such as the zipline are not.

From the Alanya belt: the Dim River day

Guests on the Alanya side get their own eight-hour day rather than a long transfer to ours. Pickup covers the whole Alanya area, Kestel to Okurcalar. The convoy climbs into the Taurus foothills for waterfall and Dim Dam photo stops, visits a village house and mosque, then breaks for a swim and lunch on a riverside platform over the Dim.

It is EUR 30 per adult and EUR 17 per child, and it runs daily in season, April to November. Dim Cave is an optional stop with a small entrance paid locally. In summer there are water fights between the jeeps, which is a feature rather than a warning.

The night version, from the Side belt

Between early June and mid-November there is also a five-hour night safari at EUR 35 per person, designed for ages 12 and over. Pickup is in the late afternoon, the Manavgat Waterfall is seen in the evening light, there is a swim at Green Lake, and the night finishes with dinner, music and a catamaran cruise.

Drinks are extra, guests do not drive the jeeps at any point, and it is not suitable for anyone with mobility difficulty. It is the one day on our list that is not built for young children.

Booking, payment and the shape of the day

Nothing is paid online and no card is taken. You reserve free of charge and pay in euros on the day of the tour, and cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure. Guiding runs in English, German and Russian as well as Turkish.

We do not print pickup times anywhere on this site. The time depends on where your hotel falls in the collection order and is confirmed to you after booking, so any exact minute quoted before that is a guess. Jeeps are open-top in summer, which means sun, wind, dust and water fights; winter departures use covered vehicles and skip the water games. Some tracks are bumpy, so tell us about back or neck problems before you board.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do you pick up from Antalya city, Lara or Konyaaltı?
Those hotels are collected, but not by the departures on this page. What is sold here covers the Side-Manavgat belt and, separately, the Alanya area from Kestel to Okurcalar. Antalya city, Lara, Kundu and Konyaaltı have their own jeeps with the same operator under the Antalya Jeep Safari name: a day of approximately seven hours at EUR 35 per adult.
Can I join from Kemer or Belek?
Yes, on the departure that belongs to your belt. Kemer, Beldibi, Göynük and Çamyuva have their own day at EUR 30 per adult; Belek, Kadriye and Boğazkent have theirs at EUR 35. Neither is bookable on this site — both are sold under our Antalya Jeep Safari brand, on the same terms: free reservation, nothing paid online, and you pay in euros on the day of the tour.
Is a jeep safari from Antalya the same thing as one from Side?
It is the same kind of day with the same operator, but not the same departure. The mountain day sold here starts on the Side-Manavgat belt and climbs towards Green Lake and Oymapınar. The Antalya city belt has its own jeeps, its own route into the Taurus and its own price, so book the one that collects from your hotel rather than the one whose name matches your search.
How much does a jeep safari cost in this region?
The full-day Taurus safari is EUR 20 per adult and EUR 10 per child aged 4-12, infants 0-3 free, lunch and hotel transfer included, or EUR 25 per adult with the optional Green Lake boat trip. Rafting combinations are EUR 28 from Side and EUR 40 from Evrenseki, Kumköy and Manavgat. The Alanya Dim River day is EUR 30 and the night safari EUR 35. On the belts we do not sell from this page, a day is EUR 35 per adult from Belek and from the Antalya city strip, and EUR 30 from Kemer.
I am staying in Alanya — do I have to travel to Side?
No. The Alanya area has its own eight-hour day to the Dim River, with pickup anywhere from Kestel to Okurcalar, so you stay on your own side of the coast. It runs April to November at EUR 30 per adult and EUR 17 per child.
What time will the jeep collect me?
In the morning, after breakfast time, for the full-day tours, and in the late afternoon for the night safari — but the exact time depends on your hotel's place in the collection order and is confirmed after you book. Wait at the main entrance gate of the hotel, not in the lobby.
Do I have to pay in advance?
No. The reservation is free, no card is taken online, and you pay in euros on the day of the tour. If plans change you can cancel free up to 24 hours before departure.
Which languages are the tours guided in?
English, German and Russian, alongside Turkish. Tell us your language when you book so you are placed with a guide who speaks it.
