One message, whatever the size of your party
There is no group booking form on this site and no group product to add to a basket. Whether you are six friends, ten colleagues or twenty people travelling together, the process is the one a couple uses: tell us how many adults and children are coming, which hotel or hotels you are in and the date you want, and we confirm the departure.
That is deliberate. A group reservation on the full-day jeep safari from Side is the same day out, on the same programme, in the same convoy — we are simply holding more seats on it. What changes with size is practical: how many vehicles your party ends up in, how the pickup is sequenced across hotels, and who collects the money on the day.
How many jeeps a party of twelve or twenty needs
Each jeep is an open-top 4x4 carrying eight to ten guests plus a professional driver, and the vehicles travel together as a convoy rather than alone. A party of six or eight will usually sit in one jeep. Ten may fit into one; twelve will not, and will be split across two. Twenty people means two or three vehicles, depending on how the rest of that morning's departure fills up.
The allocation happens on the day at the hotel gate, following the pickup route rather than a seating plan drawn up weeks earlier. It is the part a group organiser most wants pinned down in advance, so we set it out here rather than leave you to find out at the hotel gate.

What we cannot promise a group
What we can say is that your whole party travels on the same departure, follows the same programme and sits down to the same included lunch at the lakeside restaurant by Green Canyon. What we cannot say is who sits where.
Nobody can promise seats together in advance, and that includes which of your party ends up in which jeep. Mention it to the driver at your hotel gate when the convoy arrives; people are usually accommodated where there is room, but treat it as a request rather than a booking condition. The pickup time is confirmed after booking because it varies from hotel to hotel. The Manavgat Waterfall stop on the way back is programme-dependent and is never promised in advance.
There is also no private jeep safari here as a bookable product, and no private price for us to publish: what this site sells is shared convoy departures. That is worth settling before you decide whether the shared format suits your party at all.
What a group actually pays
A group pays the same per-person price a couple pays: EUR 20 per adult, EUR 10 per child aged four to twelve, and nothing at all for infants aged nought to three. Lunch and hotel pickup and drop-off in Side and the surrounding resort areas are already inside that figure, and there is no published group rate to haggle over — the number quoted to a party of twenty is the number on the price page.
Nothing is taken when you reserve: the reservation is free, no card details are collected online, and the party pays in euros on the day — whether one person hands over the total for everybody or each person pays for themselves is for the group to sort out. Add EUR 5 per person if the group wants the optional one-hour boat trip on Green Lake after lunch, which brings an adult day to EUR 25; that is paid on the day too and decided per person, so half the group can go out on the water while the other half stays ashore.

What to put in one WhatsApp message
Group enquiries are answered fastest when everything arrives at once, because the only thing to check is space on your date. A list beats a conversation, and one reply is usually enough.
If the party includes small children, say so in the same message: families travelling as part of a bigger group are ordinary on this tour, and the child and infant bands change what you owe on the day. If two people drop out the week before, one more message fixes it: you pay per person on the day, and cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure.

- Hotel name and resort area for each part of the group, if you are not all in one building
- Which guiding language suits the party: English, German, Russian or Turkish
- Whether anyone has a back or neck problem, so it is known before boarding
- Whether the group wants the optional boat trip, so the money is collected in one go
Groups staying in more than one hotel
Large parties are rarely all in the same building. The flagship day collects from Side and the surrounding resort areas, so a group picked up from more than one hotel is routine rather than a special arrangement: each part of the party waits at the main entrance gate of its own hotel and the convoy sequences the stops itself.
For Çolaklı, Gündoğdu, Sorgun, Titreyengöl and Kızılağaç, pickup is arranged on request rather than as a scheduled departure, so name the hotel in your message and we will confirm what is possible. Friends staying in Evrenseki, Kumköy or Manavgat have their own rafting and jeep combination leaving from those resorts.
Other days that suit a group
Not every group wants the same thing. If yours has no small children in it, the night jeep safari runs five hours at EUR 35 per person from early June to mid-November for guests aged twelve and over, with dinner on board and a catamaran cruise. If the party wants the river as well as the mountains, a rafting and jeep day instead costs EUR 28 per adult and EUR 17 per child over seven hours from Side, or EUR 40 per adult and EUR 24 per child over nine hours from Evrenseki, Kumköy and Manavgat.
Groups holidaying further east can take the Alanya jeep safari to the Dim River at EUR 30 per adult and EUR 17 per child, eight hours, with pickup across the Alanya area from Kestel to Okurcalar, in season from April to November. Each is its own departure with its own vehicles, so choose the one the whole party wants rather than splitting across two programmes on one morning.
On the day itself
Summer departures are open-top and include water fights between the jeeps, which big groups of friends enjoy most and quieter travellers should know about before booking. Winter runs use covered jeeps with no water games at all. Either way expect sun, wind and dust on the tracks, and bumpy sections; anyone with a back or neck problem should say so before boarding.
Then the rest of the day is shared with the other vehicles: the first stop where the asphalt ends at an old Roman bridge, the orchards and the cotton and sesame fields, the Roman aqueducts, the viewpoint over Green Lake, the swim stop and freshly made Turkish pancakes at Oymapınar village, the photo stop at Oymapınar Dam, the viewpoint above Green Canyon, the included lunch and the village mosque visit with the guide. A party of twenty spread across three jeeps still spends every stop together, and is back at the hotel in the late afternoon.
